MOC-87366 Modern Villa Modular Architecture Building Set
We recently spent a weekend assembling the MOC-87366 Modern Villa to see how it compares to standard building sets on the market. This 2026 edition offers a refreshing take on modular architecture, providing a challenging yet deeply satisfying experience for young builders.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of these modular bricks is impressive, featuring tight tolerances and a robust structural design that feels secure even as the villa grows in complexity. The materials are durable enough to withstand repeated construction sessions, ensuring the final 27 x 26.5 x 32cm model holds its shape perfectly.
Day-to-Day Experience
Assembling the villa requires focus and patience, acting as a great tool for developing problem-solving skills during the build process. Once completed, the finished model looks fantastic as a piece of room decor, proving that the effort is well worth the time invested.
This set is perfect for older children or teens who are passionate about architecture and want a sophisticated building challenge.
